Ergonet often receives calls from clients with specific I.T. issues, be they e-mail, website, computer or technology-related.
We make every effort to be as helpful as possible to solve issues or problems that do not stem from our core services and clients often need a guiding hand to manage the I.T. aspect our their lives.
Rather than charge our normal hourly rate, clients can now subscribe to our pre-paid 'eNurture' package and pay just £10 per hour for our support in advance.
A minimum fee of 2 hours (£20) applies and if this time is not used within one calendar month, it does not roll over to the next month.
We provide support by email and telephone or in person if you can visit our offices.
For a small additional fee, we can also visit your premises.
If we cannot solve the issues for you, we will at least try to refer you to a specialist who can.

Adding eNurture to your services
If you are an existing client, you can log in to our Ergonet account & billing area and purchase this service as an ADD-ON package to your hosting or THINK BIG package.
First, log in using your billing account details.
Click on MY PRODUCTS & SERVICES then click on the small edit link on the right hand side of the row displaying your domain and package.
Simply click on VIEW ADD-ON PACKAGES to see eNurture as an option.
