Client Login Portal

To pay for your monthly hosting package, please login to the CLIENT SUPPORT AREA. If you do not know your login details to manage your hosting billing, you can request your details to be resent to you from the login page of the client support area.

To login to your domain's cPanel or to access your e-mail accounts using webmail, use the relevant section below.

I don't know what the difference is between all the logins available to me on this page and elsewhere within Ergonet's software and website.

Explantion as follows:
cPanel - If Ergonet hosts your domain and website, we should have provided you with your FTP/cPanel access details. cPanel allows you to administer many essential aspects to your webspace, including creating and deleting e-mail accounts, database administration, website statistics (AWStats) and many other functions. If you do not have your access details, simply e-mail us at the address in the previous answer above, and we'll send it to you.

Webmail - If Ergonet hosts your domain then you may have POP3 e-mail accounts associated wityh your domain. To log-in to the webmail service (which functions similar to Googlemail, Yahoo or Hotmail), sign in with your full e-mail address (e.g. *myname*@*mydomain.com*) and your e-mail account password. You can administer the accounts and their passwords through your domain's cPanel. Again, contact us if you need further assistance.

Client Support Area - The Ergonet Client Support Area is completely different to the functions listed above. It is a newly implemented area for managing the financial aspects of your hosting account, where you can view invoices, pay bills for hosting and other services and use the online support facility. It also has a database of commonly asked questions with the appropriate answers.

The login details here are different from your cPanel or webmail login (unless you change them once logged in to the support area system). These should have been sent to you when the system was created (14th November 2008) or when you signed up for a new hosting account with Ergonet.The e-mail associated with your client support account will be the e-mail we have on file that is associated to your domain name on our server. This may be incorrect or out-dated, so please contact us if you don't know what your login details are.

ARIA login - This is Ergonet's in-house softwre that powers many of our client's websites. You should already have ARIA login details if you use it administer you website or business. If you've lost or forgotten this login, please contact us through the regular means.
